  • Store Credit Equal to the Original Purchase Value

To be eligible for return, all of the following conditionsĀ must be met:

  • Return Window:
    Item must beĀ returned and received by ChiquelĀ withinĀ 45 calendar daysĀ from the original delivery date.

  • Product Condition:

    • Must be inĀ original factory condition.

    • Must beĀ unworn,Ā unscentedĀ (free of tobacco smoke, food, or perfume), andĀ not brushed.

    • Must beĀ unaltered – includingĀ no change to the factory parting.

    • All original tags must be attachedĀ (not removed or reattached).

    • Must be returned inĀ original packaging – including box, netting, wrapping, etc.


āŒĀ Products NOT Eligible for Return

Returns will be refused under the following circumstances:

  • Non-returnable item types:

    • Hair care or accessory products

    • Liquids

    • Wig stands

    • Headwear

  • Timeframe exceeded:
    Item received by ChiquelĀ after 45 calendar daysĀ from original delivery date.

  • Condition issues:

    • Worn, brushed, altered, or washed items.

    • Items withĀ missing or removed tags.

  • Special circumstance exclusions:

    • Items awarded during aĀ giveaway.

  • All returned wigs are thoroughly inspected by our quality control team.

  • Please allowĀ up to 5 business daysĀ for processing once your return is received.

  • If your return doesĀ not meet the eligibility requirements, no exchange or credit will be issued and the item will beĀ returned to you.

Return Shipping Responsibility:
Chiquel doesĀ notĀ provide return labels. Customers are fully responsible for returning their items at their own expense.
  • Condition of Returned Items:
    All returns must be sent back in theĀ same conditionĀ as originally shipped unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.

  • Refused Deliveries:
    If a package is refused and returned to sender, any fees incurred (e.g., return shipping or handling) will be theĀ customer's responsibility.


Promotions & Sale Items

  • Non-Combinable Offers:
    Promotional or sale-priced itemsĀ cannotĀ be combined with any other offers or discounts (e.g., Free Gift promotions).

  • Free Gifts with Purchase:
    If a product that included aĀ Free GiftĀ is returned, the free item must also be returned.

    • Failure to return the gift will result in theĀ retail valueĀ of the gift being deducted from your refund.

  • Fraud is suspected
