๐ Return Options for Full/Regular Priced Items
We take pride in ensuring all our products are shipped in brand new, unworn condition. If for any reason you need to return your item, you have two options available provided the return is initiated and the item is received by Chiquel within 45 calendar days of delivery:

Receive store credit equal to your original purchase value.

Store credits never expire and can be used at your convenience on future orders.

Your return must be received in the same condition it was sent out in.
2๏ธโฃ Refund to Original Payment Method

A full refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

No restocking fees will be applied.

Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return for refund confirmation via email.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide prepaid postage or return labels.
๐ Return Options for Discounted/Sale Priced Items
If you purchased your item during a Make an Offer, Sale, or Promotion, you may return it within 45 calendar days of delivery for:

Store Credit Equal to the Original Purchase Value

This credit can be used toward any future order.

Note: Any order made using store credit is considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded if 50% or more of the total payment value is purchased with that existing store credit.

โ Products Eligible for Return
To be eligible for return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Return Window:
Item must be returned and received by Chiquel within 45 calendar days from the original delivery date. -
Product Condition:

Must be in original factory condition.
-
Must be unworn, unscented (free of tobacco smoke, food, or perfume), and not brushed.

Must be unaltered โ including no change to the factory parting.
-
All original tags must be attached (not removed or reattached).
-
Must be returned in original packaging โ including box, netting, wrapping, etc.

โ Products NOT Eligible for Return
Returns will be refused under the following circumstances:

Non-returnable item types:

Hair care or accessory products
-
Liquids
-
Wig stands
-
Headwear
-

Timeframe exceeded:
Item received by Chiquel after 45 calendar days from original delivery date. -
Condition issues:

Worn, brushed, altered, or washed items.
-
Items with missing or removed tags.

Special circumstance exclusions:

Items awarded during a giveaway.

All returned wigs are thoroughly inspected by our quality control team.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing once your return is received.

If your return does not meet the eligibility requirements, no exchange or credit will be issued and the item will be returned to you.
Chiquel does not provide return labels. Customers are fully responsible for returning their items at their own expense.

Condition of Returned Items:
All returns must be sent back in the same condition as originally shipped unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging. -
Refused Deliveries:
If a package is refused and returned to sender, any fees incurred (e.g., return shipping or handling) will be the customer's responsibility.
Promotions & Sale Items

Non-Combinable Offers:
Promotional or sale-priced items cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts (e.g., Free Gift promotions). -
Free Gifts with Purchase:
If a product that included a Free Gift is returned, the free item must also be returned.-
Failure to return the gift will result in the retail value of the gift being deducted from your refund.

๐ฆ Pre-Order Policy
Pre-orders allow customers to reserve products that are currently out of stock. This ensures that once the item is restocked, your order is prioritized and fulfilled as soon as available.

Full Payment Required
All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of order placement.
โ Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations/Changes are only allowed within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, no cancellations, edits, or changes can be made to your order unless it is considered a pre-order.
โ ๏ธ Return Refusal Due to Abuse
Chiquel reserves the right to refuse return requests in cases where:

Fraud is suspected

There is a pattern of return abuse
-
Evidence of manipulative behavior is found
In such cases, Chiquel retains the right to a corresponding counterclaim.
