This was my first wig purchase and I was so disappointed! The hair felt like straw and was just overall horrible. I hope this hasn’t made me not want to wear a wig in the future. I returned the wig then got a call saying the tag was not in there. I absolutely put the tag in there because I didn’t even wear it!! Now I cannot get credit for it buy something else.

It was shipped in a bag not a box. So the wig box arrived severely crushed and damaged. Every other place that I have bought from ships in a box. This is poor customer service.
